He earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency in pediatrics. He is Board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics.  Dr. Hynes believes in providing specialized care tailored to the unique developmental stages of children, prioritizing understanding and addressing their individual needs.
