Tried calling 8 different times trying to get thru. Tried the customer service line 5 times and after being on hold for two minutes it then is kind enough to say goodbye before it lets you go. Pick department that you want, it rings then goes on hold, then it will send you back to customer service only to politely say
"good bye"
Who has 25 minutes to call in and be hung up, now if my promised order was delivered on time I wouldn't be calling in. AND still waiting for a delivery that was supposed to show up possibly last week and definitely promised for today by noon. Yes still not here and I cannot get ahold of anyone to see when it actually is coming.

Around 3;00 on May 28, 2010 A 73 year old lady and I entered the Staples on Saint James, to see if we could get some printing done for her Wedding. At home I had typed two invitations on letter paper. I asked if the people in the back could print the picture I had taken on a glossy paper. The older man didn't know if they could do this. We were told no that they had no paper. Then a girl came and asked if this is the paper we wanted. So the one copy of the pictures was copied. We cut the picture to fit on the back of our invitations. I asked the cost and that we only needed 35 copies on both sides and we would have 70 invitation. He didn't understand and asked this french girl. She didn't understand what we needed. We were there for over a hour. Trying to explain how to do what we wanted. I have made many invitations and have never had the problem I had to day with workers who did not know what they were doing. My friend was so frustrated we just about walked out. At this staples there was a girl that worked in the print shop who graduated from Tec Voc. She and the others who worked their did a wonderful job. The 3 people who were working to day knew very little.

The sign for help wanted has been up in the store window for over a year. My daughter submitted a resume but was never called. She is shy and doesn't always speak up. But because of a slight speak disability and no experience. Staples did not look at her resume. She has more experience with the computers and printing then the manage of the print shop. She also can understand English better then the French girl well until she is longer in this country. This is at least the second set of people in this print shop since June of 2009. One wonders why. Sincerely DG
