Christy A Case, APRN

Christy A. Case, APRN, is a family nurse practitioner with Norton Community Medical Associates – Bardstown. She earned her master’s degree in nursing from Eastern Kentucky University, Richmond. Christy sees patients ages 16 and older and enjoys watching them grow and change over time. When meeting a new patient, she takes the time to learn about their interests, family and even pets. She aims to build a trusting relationship with her patients to help them reach their health goals and live their best lives. Christy values educating her patients and offering them options to create personalized care plans. A lifelong resident of Nelson County, Christy is excited to serve her local community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, hiking, running, reading and caring for animals.
