The TekTactiks Group was founded in 2005 by Dr. Gary Lomp to offer professional services in the advanced electronic systems field. Wireless has occupied a central position, but we offer strength in other areas of electrical and computer engineering, especially Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and Control. In the modern technology business environment a vital element is intellectual property, especially patents. The identification of patentable information and the proper protection of that information is essential. Invariably, intellectual property is the primary business value, whether it is patented (and therefore public) or trade secret (and therefore in need of careful management). Our principals have been granted over 100 patents to date, and the list is growing. We have worked with many top tier intellectual property law firms assisting in numerous matters of patent prosecution (getting a patent from the Patent Office) and litigation (lawsuits in court).
