Extendicare/Preston

We were alarmed and overwhelmed how the residents were so neglected.
Absolutely pungent URINE odor,residents hollering let me out of this jail.
Small,cramped, sterile ,horrific rooms like a mental institution.
Just like an encampment for prisoners.
Absolutely this place should be torn down.
Shocked this is allowed,shame on you!!
We have PTSD from visiting this hell hole.
God Bless these poor seniors who are trapped and can't live life with peace and comfort.
Can not believe human beings are treated this way,absolutely inexcusable!

Extendicare is an excellent place with amazing care For their residents. They took great care of my dad until he passed away last spring. My only complain is their receptionist Delores is rude and short when I called or came in to visit.
