not happy with the only review, but there is not positive ones either. maybe we will look somewhere else
Poor management. Staff are horrible and have no respect for each other. So much bullying and gossip. Management is passive and does not assist staff that are victimized or discipline those who are in violation. Had a night RN - working opposite shift from mine sabotage my documentation and work. Such behaviour was witnessed by countless employees and the complaints were endless. Management did nothing. I had to quit. I couldn't take the unprofessionalism. I understand this nurse remains employed and continues to bully staff without discipline. I was so disappointed. It took me a while to get over the horrible experience. Been a nurse for 22yrs.
