Maynard Nursing Home

Moving your loved one out of her own home is not easy specially when she still has some of her memory, but we had little choice with her dementia getting worst and insisted on living alone, however unable to do anything for herself @ 90 years old she was always loved and spoiled by some of her daughters.
When we were advised multiple times by her doctor that we have no choice but move her to long term center with 24hr care as we feared for her safety, Maynard was our choice given that the majority of the residents and some of the staff speak Portuguese. She moved in Oct 10, 2017 and it was not easy but she is adapting and is happy with so many friends she loves the staff, the food everyone is so friendly, me and my sister go visit a few times a week and we are blessed and extremely happy with our choice of having mom at Maynard seeing here clean and happy makes us very happy.
