The director is rude and abrupt, does not listen to concerns of the resident and family.She follows her own set of rules and thinks she knows whats best for the resident even though the family has said otherwise. If you do not care for your loved one then this is the place for you. On somewhat of a good note there are few PSW's that really care and love the residents and are not just there to collect a paycheck
