Alyssa G Stiver, PsyD Alyssa G Stiver, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist at Blazier Psychological Associates in Wexford, PA and at Jefferson Counseling Center in Pleasant Hills, PA, who provides psychological assessments to children and adolescents.
