It was very upsetting to hear that such a wonderful business has closed after all those years of serving the community so well. Although I am saddened that this had to be, I wish "all the best" to a family with the brightest of green thumbs! S.Wilson
If you are looking for healthy plants and a nice selection, this is the nursey to visit. It is family run and everyone knows their business. You will always find helpful and knowledgeable people. Their plants are healthier than any other nursery I have visited. I always get to this nursery early as they do sometime sell out.

Our family business was established at its present location by Earl Rogers in 1950 and he had been growing cut flowers and vegetables for sale on the Byward Market in Ottawa each day. The business is still family owned and operated but it certainly has grown in the last 59 years. We now operate 16 greenhouses that produce tens of thousands of annual and perennial flowers, herbs and vegetables for wholesale and retail to the public.
Our regular customers particularly value the quality of our plants and products which generates "word of mouth advertising". This is the way we've done business for the last 59 years...we believe that if we can keep our customers happy, they will be a customer for life!
We are located in Nepean at 3392 Jockvale Road between Greenbank Rd. and old Hwy.16 (Prince of Wales Drive).
