Very bad place..the reason iam saying that....They trick my lease to Steal on month of rent..thank god i saw it at the end..I had to print out the law from regie du logement for them to let me to do a lease take over..first they told me i couldnt ...they asked me 40 cash to park outside when it supposed to be included in the rent...watch out for that rouseau and brigitte ( care takers).they will do anything to take a dollar out of your pockets
