I recommend highly and without reservation the professional services of Jacques Znaty, notary. He is knowledgeable, down to earth, friendly and articulate. I found his attitude to be both professional and empathic. Whether the issue at hand was fairly simple or complex, Jacques always ensured that my questions were answered and that I understood the solutions recommended, in order to make an informed decision.
I have also been impressed by his humane interaction with his clients on many levels.

I am only sorry we didn’t know about Jacques Znaty for all our previous needs.
However we found out about him a few years ago.
He handled a complicated estate settlement.
He is so courteous, knowledgable .
and patient , never hesitated to answer all of our emails.

Il m'est trop souvent arrivé de compter, lorsque je rencontre une famille à l'hôpital - qui n'a pas de testament de vie pour le patient et qui se trouve maintenant dans cette triste situation - il est trop tard. On me demande souvent de calmer les émotions qui bouillonnent parmi les membres de la famille car il n'y a pas de consensus sur le plan de soins quant à la manière de respecter les souhaits du patient.

Fort de cette expérience, j’ai contacté le notaire Znaty, recommandé par la famille et les amis. J'ai vite compris pourquoi. Ma mère âgée de quatre-vingt-dix ans avait besoin de réviser et de mettre à jour son testament et son mandat ou son testament de vie et moi aussi.

Ma mère et moi-même essayions de préparer un document qui nous donnerait la tranquillité d'esprit sachant que tout ce que nous écrivions honorerait réellement ce que nous voulions accomplir, à savoir garantir que les héritiers se sentiraient respectés et qu'ils se sentiraient respectés. l’équité et que le testament de vie ou le mandat aient été bien gérés pour nous protéger.

C'est ici que le notaire Znaty nous a guidés avec sa sagesse et sa compassion ancrées dans des années et des années d'expérience directe. Même si je suis venu à la table avec mon expérience professionnelle, je me rends compte qu'il est si difficile de savoir simplement quelles décisions prendre quand il s'agit de votre propre famille et que ses conseils juridiques ont fait toute la différence !!!!!

As a social worker with almost thirty years of experience in geriatrics, I felt compelled to write this review. There has been too many times to count, where I meet with a family in the hospital - that do not have a living will for the patient and now in this sad situation -it is too late. I am often asked to calm emotions that are boiling over amongst family members because there is no consensus to the care plan as to how to honor the patients wishes.

Because of this very experience, I contacted Notary Znaty who came highly recommended by family and friends. I soon understood why. My ninety year old mother needed to review and update her will and mandate or living will and I as well.

Both my mother and myself were trying to put together a document that would give us peace of mind knowing that whatever we wrote would truly honor what we wanted to achieve - which was to assure that the heirs would feel respected and that there was a sense of fairness and that are living will or mandate was well managed to protect us.

This is where Notary Znaty guided us with his wisdom and compassion rooted in years and years of first hand experience. As much as I came to the table with my professional experience, I realize it is so difficult to simply know what decisions to take when it is your own family and his legal guidance made all the difference!!!!!

Both my mother and I can not be more grateful for his patience and professional support throughout this emotionally challenging process. What I did not expect - is this sense of peace that both my mother and I feel - that now everything is in order for those we truly love.

One of the best notaries in the province! I have done many files with Mtre Znaty with absolutely no issues.

This notary should not be practicing! He drafts mandates for individuals who have already been deemed inapt and not mentally capable of making decisions. He turns his eyes away from financial elder abuse, as he financially benefits as well! He has duped many many clients and has been suspended by his notarial order. DO NOT USE HIM!!!!
