Ive only taken my dogs here for the last 5 years. We love their services and had always a positive outcome. My rottie loves the groomers and my shitzu gets so pampered in there. It’s worth driving 1hour to get the best services done to our furry babies.

João needs to work on her customer service skills. She is the heavy set brown girl with green eyes. Understandably, I was upset because I was told the grooming appointment would take 2 hours, and yet 2 hours later, they barely even started yet. Are you kidding me? And then they had the nerve to do a rush job just to get me out the store lol.. I was not going anywhere until my dog was trimmed properly. “Oh, he Look just like the picture”, my a33. I’m surprised this store is still operating. They switched owners and names like 5 times over the years. I remember when this pet shop looked like squatters lived there

We recently got our puppy Tofu (HE IS THE BEST!!!! )from them. And we love him he is sweet and very good boy. I recommend Marina and Joao is very kind. I will definitely come back to them. Pet Crew ,They are the one to go to.

The grooming was absolutely perfect — the haircut was flawless, and the bathing left my pet looking and smelling great. This was my second visit, and I’m beyond happy with the results.

I can’t believe I finally found the perfect place for my Chloe 😍 I am so happy. I drove 2 hours just to bring her and everything was perfect, the people, the place and the service was perfect. They work with the best products that my best friend comes out with a special smell, very grateful to Marina is a very friendly and professional girl and I completely understand that prices change, that depends on our personal care with our pets!
