My husband and I used her a couple of years back for an estate and she finalized the wrong persons estate. We ended up with an extra $40,000 in debt and she did nothing but blame us. Revenue Quebec had to deal with her and could not believe that she was a "real" notary. She was so bad they called the chambre de notare to confirm. When we tried to file a complaint with the chambre de notare she held our money and would not give it to us until we dropped it. BEWARE
