Schitzel Garten opened in 2014 in a quaint town of Eagle sitting at the Boise foothills, and has become a favorite with locals and out of state visitors. We feature authentic German dishes made daily from scratch in our kitchen, artisanal sausages, scrumptious desserts, imported beer and wine served in a casual dining room or a cozy outdoor Biergarten.
