"You are not the only customer that we serve...."
I called the NP today July 7 around 10:30am to follow up on the necessary procedure of my new property purchase but was treated badly by the staff over the phone which made me feel that they are too busy to serve me. I bought a new property and the completion date is next Tuesday of which my bank sent the related mortgage info the notary public last Tuesday June 27. During the conversation, I was advised that I am not the only customer that they serve and the NP is very busy and I supposed to receive a phone call may be today or tomorrow to set up an appointment next Monday which I am now not available. I asked the staff should I be contacted earlier to set a time which is available for everyone and the response that I got from this staff made me very upset about the firm. My impression was they are too busy to take my business and I better switch to other firm for similar services. The staff asked for my email and advised me that I will be contacted shortly via email with all the details. Now is 12:21 and I did not receive the mail. I wondered should I call? Am I creating trouble to the staff or the firm?
