Hi everyone,
About a little over a month ago I moved in Le Faubourg de L'ile and joined some of my friends who live in this building.
As a former Maintenance Director for the Province of Ontario and overseeing the day to day operations of about 144 Residential and Commercial buildings and with over 29 years experience in Property Management for my former employer I have the natural ability of understanding the peoples' character and their interpersonal skills.
What I enjoy seeing here is teamwork, the Building Manager Joanne Bourassa and the Superintendents: Rhanel Binongo and Neil Equia work together as a team always smiling and willing to go the extra mile needed to satisfy the residents requests in a timely manner. My move to join the Osgoode family of residents at Le Faubourg de L'ile was the best choice and I am very happy with my decision.
The building is well maintained inside and out, it has a very nice curb appeal, the residents are friendly and happy. I am planning to stay here for quite a long time.
The Builging Manager Joanne Bourassa, and the Superintendents: Rhanel Binongo and Neil Equia make a team of fine Ambassadors for Osgoode Properties.
