Mr. Langmaack is a music educator, having studied at Kean University in both music education and performance. There he studied music education methodologies from ranging kindergarten through 12th grade. He attained his Master’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Educational Leadership where he studied the latest in educational research and pedagogical methodologies. He has taught in both private and public schools as well as private lessons for over 30 years. He is currently teaching in the public schools and has a private practice for music lessons for children as well as adults. He is a lifelong musician playing piano, percussion, guitar and vocals as well as conducting, composing and arranging. He has performed in various Jazz and Classical ensembles and served as conductor, vocal coach and rehearsal pianist for the theater shows at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. He has performed and recorded with the Manhattan and Julliard Schools of Music, performed with Skitch Henderson and the Stamford Symphony and recorded on RCA with The Paul Price Percussion Ensemble. In addition, he has performed on WNCN radio and at The 92st Y Theater in Manhattan.
