When you have a plumbing issue, time is of the essence so don't waste that valuable time calling Rescue Rooter. I called 2 weeks ago. Waited about 6 hours and called back. On the second call, they promised someone would call me shortly. I NEVER received a call. When I gave up on Rescue Rooter and called a reliable company, my problem was resolved same day.
