Speers Road Apartments

Horribly maintained building with rude supers and incompetent property management company. The supers tried to bill my credit card $250 for no reason when I wrote a letter to the company complaining about them. Never cleaned, smells disghusting, unsafe elevators, horribly slow replies from management, supers do shit job of trying to repair things themselves. I was promised new floors before move in which was never done until I was offered it 6 weeks after move in when I had already unpacked and couldn't empty the apartment. Also the locks into the building were broken so anybody could walk in and it took 7 weeks to be fixed after I reported the issue.
