rented from Tony at shore bay estates for almost 10 years, they were the nicest landlord and ladies in the office (Sandra), and maintenance at the time i was there(John), that i ever met. My building at 900 northern was always clean, and quiet, great people i would rent from them again in a heartbeat. sincerely MG

feel they should be allowed into your apartments with no personal notice such as telephone calls or emails as well as with no occupant being present, they are checking smoke detectors monthly just so they have a reason to enter the unit inspite of the fire cheifs recommendation of checking smoke detectors bi-anually at the most.

ive never felt so harrassed and mistreated by a landlord before as i have in 2011 and 2012
