We are the premiere No Gi school in AZ!! Our No Gi BJJ classes are taught by Professor Scott Tannenbaum, a 5th degree Black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under world renowned competitor and instructor Rigan Machado (8th degree black belt). Scott also holds a 3rd degree black belt in Aikido and a 1st degree in Japanese Jiu-Jitsu.Our Youth BJJ and MMA program is designed to help kids deal with todays bullying as well as to be an active competitor in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu if they so choose. These classes are intended for boys and girls 5-12 yrs. Our instructors guide them to improve self confidence, discipline, proper mental focus, technique and conditioning.Our Muay Thai class offers the best in skill, fitness and fun. Our program is ideal for men and women from 12 years and up. Whether you’ve never trained in your life or are a professional Muay Thai or MMA fighter you will be pushed to the next level. Muay Thai is also known as the “Art of 8 Limbs” due to its incorporation of hands, elbows, knees and feet. Footwork, body movement, speed and accuracy are key to the development of the Muay Thai practitioner.Our Power Tone classes are not only challenging and fun but also perfect for everybody regardless of experience.
