Dr. Tom Jeter and Dr. Fred Welch founded Jeter & Welch Dentistry in 1976 and have remained partners and close friends ever since. Being in a partnership for over 40 years, they have always been able to provide the highest level of care for their patients. Dr. Jeter and Dr. Welch have continued their longtime philosophy of conservative dentistry by treating patients' needs and wants, but never trying to oversell dentistry to their patients. This approach has led to multiple generations of patients coming back since they first opened their doors. Dr. Jeter's son, Dr. Ben Jeter, joined the practice in 2011.
