John C. Welch, Jr. began his real estate career buying and selling homes for CBS Realty in February of 1970. As John has shared with the office, real estate was very different then with agents depending on large printed books for listings, actual keys used to unlock supra boxes, and sales contracts that were only a few pages in length.
