Facts:
- Agency would not allow us to meet the DJ prior to booking so we would not know if this person was a good fit
- Agency would not send us credentials of the DJ so we knew he/she was experienced and would be a good fit
- Agency Wedding FAQ: "Can we choose the music to be played at our event?" FAQ Response: "Absolutely! We ask you fill out your Top-25 Song sheet and your Special Information sheet, then forward these to us 4-8 weeks in advance of your special event. You can only dance to roughly 15 songs/hr, so your Top-25 songs plus the first 3 slow songs account for nearly half the evening and the other half we leave open to requests from the guests and brilliant inspirations from our professional, dedicated DJs!" When asked if they would play our Top 25, they said they would not guarantee but the norm starts at 60%.

Personal Opinion:
Due to the fact we could not meet the DJ, we could not see the DJ's credentials, the fact that they would not play our Top 25 (which per other DJ's were great dance tunes) and the fact that we could not choose our own style of dinner music (were provding canned big band and jazz music, which we hate), we did not use this agency as our wedding DJ.

We found the process impersonal and were told "Your event must look fun and easy or a professional DJ will simply take the other gig that is". This is a very personal and special event, not a club event and the message we took from this was that we have to make it easy even if we are the paying customer.

We would not pay $1300 for someone we have not met and for music that was not our style. Would not use this agency for a personal event
