Royal Ontario Museum

I had been to the New York Museum - it's very large and I love it! I was afraid the Toronto museum would be small but with four floors and hundreds of archeological exhibits, I was in little heaven! They had a special showing of the dead sea scrolls. Also on the 4th floor, a 40 foot long papyrus of the Egyptian's Book of the Dead; you have to see this in reality to realize how dedicated and passionate the authors of these documents were. The samurai and knights swords were pure magic. Break away from the computer and TV screens for a while, it's worth it!
