I value a collaborative and integrative approach to health care, where every member of the team, including the patient, can showcase their expertise to ensure the best possible care for the patient and their family.I was born in Vermont and completed my undergraduate studies in biology and Spanish at University of Vermont. I later earned a master's degree in nursing from Regis College. As a nurse practitioner, I believe in taking a holistic approach to patient care, and I have a keen interest in women's health care.In my free time, I enjoy hiking, walking, traveling and spending time with my family. I make it a point to practice yoga daily, which has been an essential part of my life for over 20 years.
