I started in the manufacturing industry in 2003, 20 years ago. I spent 12 years learning about, applying, and teaching lean thinking to a company of 350 people. The company was sold, shortly after I left, for 300 million and the owners attributed lean thinking to the amazing valuation for a company started in the family garage! In 2017 I was certified as a master practitioner in strategic planning. I have since helped many companies develop and execute their business growth strategic plans.
