We are a boutique Pilates studio located on historic King Street in the heart of Old Town Alexandria specializing in private, semi-private, and small group instruction. Our expert instructors have decades-long experience in teaching Classical and Contemporary Pilates to our clients in Northern Virginia and beyond.
