Peter Muraca is a great landlord and will work with tenants that have any kind of problems. He is a saint.
Maintenance is done fast and apt are reas priced.
Although the building has a sketchy history, as it was built on an old cemetary and a casket was unearthed during construction.
Dont worry, it was re interred at another cemetary.
Never seen a ghost but feel like your being watched in the basement when doin laundry...harmless ghost.
