This is very good place to store your belongings. The staff is quite excellent. They even have an onsite bathroom, which comes in handy on those long days sorting through your things.

Good and safe place to store your stuff. Just had a couple of times that my key fob did not work in the only times I go there. Staff were quick enough to help and resolve the issue.

I tried for over a month to book a unit (which they said was available), I tried to email and call. They would reply to my initial email and then not respond, and did not phone (after they said they would) to sort out details, and did not pick up when I tried to call. Overall I am very disappointed in their abysmal customer service. Not worth the hassle.

Lots of goodies to see but most things are not priced and those I saw were in my opinion cheaper in other dollar stores

My husband and I have a unit at regal road. When there is an issue, KRISTA is always there (when on duty) to help. Even on a very cold day, KRISTA puts on her shoes and comes to see and fix the issues right away! Instead of later or tomorrow.

Fantastic storage solution. Secure, temperature controlled. Very clean and well-maintained. The staff was always polite and kind. It is a wonderful facility. Great rates as well. I would not store my stuff anywhere else. I’ve been a customer for four years, and will continue as I need it.

We rented a unit for November1st, so have not moved anything in yet. However, Daniella was very accommodating with a discount and not charging until Nov. 1st. The building is about 8 minutes from our new place, so will be very handy for our move. Kevin was there when we arrived and did his best to show us different sizes. So far our experience has been good!

We recently moved to another storage unit after a change in hours to access belongings. And, Wee storage was kind enough to issue a credit due to this realization. The unit was clean, heated, secure and worked great! The issue for us is we need weekend and evening access as we store items related to camping and paddling and tend to go and return from trips on Sunday or in the evenings. It didn't work for us and the company handled it with great kindness, understanding and professionalism. I recommend Wee Storage for storing items you will not need on a frequent basis outside of their business hours.

Having used other local storage services, I can confidently say the friendly and flexible service I recieved at Wee Store was second to none.

On short notice, I was able to secure the space I needed to store my belongings safely, and given generous accommodation for my non-standard rental period.

I would recommend this service.
