If you are dealing with this company for your move, be ready with the worst customer service experience. The so called supervisor at Thunder Bay location "Rock" doesn't even know how to talk to the customers. You have to call millions of times to get the quotes and they will keep telling they are busy as if we don't work and are free here just to keep calling them for one freaking quote. Once the quote is issues they will start lying to you that we didn't talk about this before and now your quote will be different (of course more charges) and all lies. Then Rock will start yelling with you on the phone as if he is your customer and you did something wrong. I heard a lot of bad stuff about this company later from my friends who unfortunately dealt with them. Good thing I had this experience to start with so I chose not to go with them.
Thanks so much for the professional service. The guys were all so polite, and the overall move went so much faster than I had anticipated. I definitely recommend Traditional Moving to anyone needing relocation services.
I have been totally ripped off by this "company" paid $2600 to have my good things moved into storage, for 5 months. Upon their return, sooo much damage. But, the manager would not discuss/apologize/ take any responsibility for broken lamps, smashed china, ripped couches etc. had I known, I would have definitely taken out extra insurance, but no one advised me of this. What's the incentive for the safe handling of your belongings when no one is responsible?
