We just hired Mikes Moving to move our mother in law from BelleRiver into a retirement home in Chatham. The crew, Nick, Jacob and Paulie were hard working, very polite and helpful. I would recommend Mikes Moving to anyone that has to move and I will use them again.

Mike’s Movers moved our household goods recently. The crew arrived on time and worked steadily. Very efficient! The guys were very polite and cheerful. They were very careful with all the furniture and were great about placing the furniture exactly where we wanted.
At initial contact, the costs were clearly explained and their website gives good info on how to get everything packed up for them. Since the guys worked so fast, our bill was lower than the estimate.
I would definitely recommend Mike’s Movers.

I recently hired Mike’s Moving & Storage in Chatham for a complex, two-home clear-out tied to my dad’s estate, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

From the very first phone call, the office team made everything simple and stress-free. Scheduling and coordination felt seamless. From the initial call to the final sign off, everyone at Mike's was friendly, organized, and clearly knew what they were doing.

What could have been chaotic became smooth and efficient because of Ginger’s leadership and proactive problem-solving.

The company lives up to its strong reputation for professionalism, fair pricing, and careful handling of belongings. I especially want to shine a light on Ginger for his outstanding project management and leadership and also acknowledge the thoughtful office staff who made the logistical side seamless.

Mike’s moving team led by “Ginger” did an awesome job today moving my son and his wife out of their apartment! It was a hot sticky day and they lived in the upper apartment of an older home - the stairs were super steep and awkward to navigate but they didn’t complain but did there very best all day! I was very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. They were very careful packing up all my son’s belongings and loading i to their truck. They moved their items to a smaller size storage unit and did a spectacular job loading the items in there.

DJ and his crew were amazing!! My very particular father scheduled them for two moves in one week and they were punctual, efficient and exceptionally knowledgeable about how to move everything from wine cabinets to grandfather clocks. They normally put the clock back together once delivered but I declined since I wasn’t sure where its final place was going to be. I was provided detailed instructions on how to reassemble and an offer to return to the house to have the clock assembled at a later date if I needed assistance. 10/10 across the board. Thanks DJ and staff!!!

Hired mikes moving to help us in an out of town move, and they were nothing but amazing.

The punctuality and hard work of these men was top notch. They worked steadily and efficiently and made our move very easy!

The guys were friendly, respectful and extremely helpful, especially when we asked for some extra help with other tasks (like moving existing things out of the way in the new place)

Highly recommend very friendly efficient and patient. Expert piano movers- my old upright piano has been moved at least 7 times and it’s always been an ordeal needing 4 men - these guys made it look like child’s play and moved it effortlessly with only 3 guys. Mine was a complicated move with things going 4 different places and they kindly accommodated everything we needed. Thank you so much 😊

Very happy with my move!
I'm very late posting this review but it has nothing to do with the exemplary service of the office folks who arrange my move or the professional men (Ginger, Brandon and Nick), who were so generous with their help and making sure I didn't lift a finger and that they got everything I wasn't leaving behind.

My daughter offered to pickup Tim Hortons for the guys so they could keep going and they were very appreciative and respectful every step of the move.

If I ever decide to move again, I know I will call Mike's Moving!

I used Mike’s Moving for a local move in town and was completely happy from start to finish! They were punctual, polite, and careful with my items. They didn’t try and hit me with hidden fees, and they had better rates than other companies in the area.

It is done small-business style, with limited paperwork and informal messaging. I was nervous about that at first but I ended up really appreciating that I could receive a quick response through texting or calling. That is not the case with corporate moving companies, where you’re lucky to ever speak to a person.

I’d hire them again in a heartbeat!

I have moved more times in my life than I care to admit and I have NEVER had movers like these guys. These guys were absolute professionals in every aspect. They treated me and my belongings with the utmost care and kindness. They worked fast and during the unload they did everything they could to make unpacking easy for me. Mikes Movers are absolutely the very best. They helped to make what can be a very stressful experience into one that was great. They were very accommodating and helped out with moving furniture inside our new home. The entire crew were above and beyond! Price was also very reasonable.

Quality show! Whether you use limo service the bus service or the moving service they are always professional and on time. They also own and operate twice the ice that is the best deal in town and very neat and sanitary. Can’t go wrong here. Sam is also a very knowledgeable and friendly member of the team there and she is always happy to help!!

Mike's moving did a great job for me, David called me right back and gave me a quote, and the days they had available. Mike’s Moving is an excellent service! The foreman/owner was incredibly responsive, fair price, and the movers were very trustworthy, careful, and efficient. Sed and Brady were a pleasure to have help with our family’s move.

I used them for my move today and they were AMAZING!!! So professional and made sure that all of our moving needs were met! They showed up on time and they made sure everything that we needed moved was moved and done so with care! The movers were super polite and they really cared about the job. I will be using this company again for my moving needs. The manager was always available also, he made sure to answer ALL of my questions and walked me through the entire process. NO HIDDEN FEES!!! That is so important in this world right now.

This was my first time using movers and I have to say I was thoroughly pleased from the beginning of the process to the end. Mr. David was very responsive, informed me of the process, and made sure I had all the documentation upfront. Although it was scheduled over the phone, he took secure actions to ensure I had what I needed via messages without jeopardizing my information.

On moving day, Sed, Brady, and Ezell came into the home in high spirits and ready to handle business. I was impressed by their ability to move so fast while being gentle with our belongings. They were the BEST!!!

Great experience moving locally with Mike's Moving. Easy to schedule with David and good communication. Two movers, Sedrick and Brady arrived on time, were extremely courteous, very careful with our furniture and home, and strong and efficient. They work well together and didn't waste any time. Highly recommend them.

Seriously a wonderful experience from start to finish! Bridgett was an absolute pleasure to deal with while setting up our moving plans. She was polite and respectful, she explained every step of the process thoroughly so there were no surprises! When the moving crew arrived they were so respectful and such a joy to work with! Everyone had such a positive attitude and worked hard from start to finish (and we had 3 flights of stairs to deal with!) I would absolutely recommend Mikes Moving to anyone and everyone! The service was great!! The estimate of time given was spot on. To start, Bridget was extremely nice and easy to work with. She was very responsive and kept me updated throughout my move and leading up to it. Any questions I had she answered right away. On the day of my move, the movers Tigers, Jason, and Tariq arrived early so that I can sign my contract and start right on time. They were fast and efficient! I enjoyed working with them. It was such an easy and painless move. Much easier than previous moves! I would definitely use Mike’s Moving Services again.

This was the 4th time I have used Mike's Moving Inc. and was just as pleased as I had been the previous three times! Sed, Tarique, and Ezell were right on time and so efficient that they completed the move 2 hours less than was anticipated. They were so professional, kind and courteous - but most of all took such good care of my furniture. I can't recommend this company enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I need this service.

Mike's Moving did a good job with our move! June in the office provided great service in the scheduling and estimating. And movers Tiger, Mike and Fred, got the job done in the time allotted with efficiency and no major damage. The estimate was right-on and we did not experience any extraneous charges during the move.
