I am a retired engineer that lived in several countries in the world, and in my entire life, thus far, I moved around 41 times in life.

Since my 42-year marriage, my family and I moved 17 times throughout of various countries of Latin America, North America, Europe and Asia. In this context, I am very pleased to inform you that your company (Attune) - through your crew, provided to us the very best moving service we ever received along our almost "nomad" lifestyle - despite (in our case) the challenges of transporting from two origin places and to an apartment destination - yet under time constraints (i.e., done all these within 4 hours)!

Long distance two day move. A positive experience, great rates and would definitely hire them again. Tom the owner is all business and knows his stuff. Both crews were great and very quick loading and unloading. Communication was excellent and I was kept informed at every step.

Taking me awhile to write review. It has been on my to do list for about 3 months. I moved from a condo townhouse to a small apt on June 6,2016. My appointment was for around noon. Just before noon I received a phone call from one of the movers advising me that they were going to be late. The people they were moving did not have a cheque or cash to pay for move so had to go to bank. I was really impressed that they made the phone call to advise me. It was 2 brothers that moved me that day. They were quick and efficient and professional and very polite
I would certainly recommend Attuned Moving. I have already told a couple of friends that may be moving in next year or two

These guys are great!!!! Moved heavy stuff one day over 100 km away and easier stuff to different location in town next day. Any complaints by them was in jest only. Called them week later for short notice freezer and 1000 lb cement picnic table removal and they were there the next day!!! I highly recommend them!!! Thanx, Tom!!!!

A friend of mine recommended Attuned Moving. Unfortunately I received really bad service. My move was scheduled for June 17th at 1:00 pm. They showed up an hour late therefore they were not able to move all of my items. I was left stranded with many boxes to move myself. I received a call from their office that same day with a an apology. He told me he would investigate the situation and call me back. Today is June 27th and I still have not heard from from them. Is this how people do business now? How can a business take the money and strand paying customer?

I hired movers so that moving would go smoothly and the experience would be less traumatic. This was one of the worst experiences. It was so embarrassing. My family asked where I had found these guys and my contractor at my new home said he has never met such rude movers. The whole time they were suppose to be doing their job of moving they complained. They told me I had too much stuff and that my couch smelt and that my two new carpets smelled bad, the insults went on and on. They were to send 3 guys but only sent 2 and then they complained constantly to me that they were short staffed, which wasn't my fault. They didn't send a truck large enough for all my belongings although they did a home visit and accessed my belongings consequently at the last moment I had to hire a 17 foot U haul and load and move belongings myself. What a nightmare.

We recently used the services of Attuned Movers, and there help and expertise were outstanding! Showed up right on time, and didn't stop until the last piece was in our new home!

Attuned Moving came recommended so we thought we would give them a try. They were initially friendly, but that is where the good part ends. As the move went on, the lead guy got increasingly ruder for some reason. Saying things like, "We don't move that!" or "That piece is the home owner's responsibility!" which I understand, but not how rude he was about it.

As they were loading our things, I found pieces and parts on the driveway which I had to pick up and ensure didn't get lost as they seemed to take no notice. They also didn't bother to load a bunch of stuff in our basement that we had to take ourselves. When I asked them to load these things (Generic boxes, lamps, etc) they ignored me.

They ignored direction as to where things should go so I had to move items after they were done. Sadly, we didn't fully unpack until a few months after the move so didn't notice our barbecue was broken and our lawnmower had the handle broken off. As we couldn't "prove" this long into it that it was their fault, there is nothing we could do.

To top it all off, they charged us more than they had initially quoted. For all of these reasons, we will never use them again and highly recommend you don't either.

I would like to have used Attuned Movers for my moving purposes. Unfortunately, they do not go out of province. The owner however, visited my home and gave me option ideas to consider for the amount I am taking.

It was most helpful and considerate of him to take the time and assist me in this manner.

If I had made the move within province I would not have hesitated to contact them.

I got their name from a friend. She was very happy with their work. In our case they were moving furniture from one house to two different addresses. An apartment and a house.
