Precisely Right Moving

We moved mom into assisted living. She had a very old and heavy piano that needed to go down a full flight of stairs. This caused me a lot of sleepless nights.
The guys were punctual, friendly and prepared. They even took away all the other furniture so we didn’t need to have a junk company come.
They made it very stress free!

Showed up unprepared, wrong equipment, with no movers expecting to use my companies employees. Did not listen to the information given. Changed the price midway through the move. Owner was incredibly rude and tried to play our employees against each other. Would not recommend!

Even though we got forcefully evicted but they had no care in the world for our delicate things and hand crafted things. They have destroyed containers and just shoved everything in to big black garbage bags. I would not recommend these people for moving. I have sugar exploded in my storage unit. My diamond art is destroyed. Hand crafted items broken. My 3d harry potter puzzle destroyed. Coffee pot broken. Tea kettle broken. Cups broken. Harry potter Lego busted. So highly highly
Would not recommend this company for moving. I will be taking videos and pictures of everything that was shoved into bags and pictures of everything that will be broken. Because your moving company sucks!

They handle your stuff with extreme prejudice. They just chuck it around and laugh about it after. Also they diss other companies in front of those companies customers. Very unprofessional drivers.

Also as I was not the one living there. I can say as a witness that I saw the whole thing and watch the older of the two laugh as he drove away. Very disrespectful and I did find a bunch of stuff just tossed I to a bag and it spilled all over the place. Waste of food. So when this stuff gets unpacked under video we will use that to proceed accordingly.

Extremely rude and unprofessional, yelled at someone who was identified to them as a person with disabilities, broke so much stuff from being careless, even simply dumped out a fish tank that still had fish in it, killing the fish, the I'm guessing Forman of the crew was rude and demanding to his workers, would not recommend this company to anyone at all ever, would rather hire people off the street before letting these guys touch one single item in my house to move it if there could be minus stars they would be a -5

What could have been a highly stressful move was made so easy by the professional team at Precisely Right Moving. They moved the contents of my 3 bedroom home from Terrace to Saanichton on Vancouver Island and everything went exactly as they said it would. The workers arrived on time on the day they said they would, they had everything loaded by mid-afternoon and my contents arrived at their destination in perfect condition. I would recommend this company without reservation for any moves and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. A positive 5 star review.
