Milton Movers were professional, helpful and timely with my move. They helped me with a long distance move (over 1000km) with a truck over load over 9000lb. The pricing was fair and discussed up front with no hidden costs.

Dave at the warehouse who organized the move was excellent. He was able to answer all questions, able to provide any moving materials and helped me trouble shoot any potentially problematic items to pack/move.

For pick up the movers showed up on time, were great to work with and fastidious/careful with our belongings. Everything was cataloged and nothing broken.

On drop off they showed up right on time, worked with me to get items into correct rooms (to avoid extra moving of boxes) and were super efficient.

In short, I definitely recommend if you are using movers, use Milton.

Had to pick up a package that if ordered from Urban Barn. They called me when it arrived and were very flexible considering I had to schedule a drive down from Williams Lake. From that brief interaction I've got no qualms recommending them.

I called three times over the course of one week to book a time for my upcoming local move, leaving voicemails for Dave each time. I never received a call back, at all. Taking a few minutes to return a phone call from a potential client is a small gesture that speaks volumes to me about customer service and professionalism. I did not use this business, and made a final call to explain to them why. Upside - the lady answered the phone each time I called was very nice and friendly.
