I have never used professional movers before, but after using Ferguson Moving & Storage, I will never again ask my friends to give up their weekend to help me move. Every step of the experience was simple and pleasant. From their thorough, polite service at the initial in person moving quote, to the unbelievably professional, cheerful movers that showed up (on time!) at my door. The movers pad wrapped the furniture, protected my hardwood floors and even packed up my artwork. I really liked that I got a flat quote for the move also. I didn't want to pay by the hour and not know what the cost would be. I had 3 quotes and Ferguson was in the middle as far as price but I had a lot of confidence that everything would be looked after and it was.
