Edgemont Moving helped me move my mom who has Alzheimer’s from one care home to another. It was a very stressful move for me. Every staff member at edgemont helped ease my anxieties. The move went perfectly! Thank you David and Meahgan for all your help!

We weren't able to initially move with Edgemont because of scheduling conflicts (call them early to book) to my deepest regret. But we were able to move out of storage and into our new condo with their expert help. And the two moves were like night and day.
They wrapped all of our furniture in heavy protective fabric (unlike the other company which didn't have any shrink wrap or basic pastic). Rob, the driver and crew boss, was a master at getting our belongings out of our 10x15 foot locker, onto their truck with the highly capable help of Ndani and Jaydon...and we were out in literally no time.
The move-in also went expertly well...(special thanks to Rob for setting up of our bed frame)...
and everything found its proper place including our storage room shelves...thanks to the guy's heavy lifting.
Couldn't have had a better experience...including all of our communications about booking with the office.

Edgemont Moving & Storage were exceptional. Having moved several times in 18 years across various countries in Asia before our final relocation to North Vancouver, we had come to expect the highest level of service and were not sure if the same was available domestically. They went above and beyond our expectations, ensuring our belongings were carefully wrapped, boxed and protected for the move from our rental property, as well as having the same two person crew there at the new house after the move to unpack them in their respective rooms.
The moving team worked tirelessly to ensure walls and floors were protected at both locations, even working late on the last day to get the job done. Kudos to them for managing to get a custom-built teak bookshelf down an outside stairwell into the lower level TV room!

Recently needed to move a double Murphy bed from capilano to lower lonsdale. The move itself was ok except for the fact that they ended up moving things to the wrong floor after having been led into my apartment multiple times already. At the end they wanted to charge 3 hours of time when even by the drivers description of when they started, was only 2.5hours. His justification was driving time back to the office when lower lonsdale is less than 5km away from the office. After some discussion was willing to cut down by 1/4 hour. Given this was a single piece of furniture, $700+ felt unreasonable.

Edgemont is the best, have done several moves as well as storage with them. The whole team, from the top (David) to office staff and of course the indispensable movers are excellent. Wouldn't choose any other company! Thank you :))

Drivers were prompt, friendly and got the truck loaded quickly. No dings in the walls, marks on the floors etc. Office staff is great; very accommodating, helpful and friendly. I had my things in storage and had to change the delivery date a couple of times. It did not seem to be a problem. Very easy and smooth process

I moved with Edgemont almost 2 years ago and was a long day and alot of furniture. The staff were helpful with this process. They were fair regarding some price adjustments and most of all, honest with repair of any damage done. I would recommend them.

I recently did a move from North Vancouver to west Vancouver with edgemont moving. They were fantastic. Fast and efficient and great staff.
My driveway in north van is steep and they had to hand carry everything down to their truck. They were amazing. And very reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Had an incredible experience with Edgemont Moving, very professional and courteous service from beginning to end and, best of all, no glitches or surprises. They even provided us used boxes and were able to accommodate overnight storage. Would highly recommend them to anyone moving and needing assurance that their belongings will be handled with care.

We had a truly 5-star experience—from start to finish—working with Edgemont. This was a very challenging move: rainy move-out day, 50+ winding stairs up to our font door, a 6' grand piano, lots of oversized furniture, and around 100+ bulky and heavy boxes. Everything went super smoothly. One day of packing. One day of loading the truck. One day of moving everything into our new place. Not a hitch. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, polite, and super accommodating. Melanie was our first (and last) point of contact and she couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. The owner of the company, David, came to our house to assess the logistics of taking everything down to the truck. That was very reassuring. We highly recommend this moving company. We've moved nearly a dozen times and they rate #1.

We were told by our moving consultant Melanie that we should expect the movers to arrive between 7-7:15am. We also had a phone call from the office manager just prior to moving day confirming this time. The movers showed up at 8am. Moving is stressful enough without wondering for 45 minutes whether or not the movers were going to show up. We were not given a contact number. The lines for Melanie and the office manager went straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail to Melanie at the time and never heard back...

The move itself went well. The guys were efficient and took care with our belongings. Based on my experience overall, I would not book with Edgemont Moving next time.

Edgemont Moving and Storage did a great job for one of my renovations projects, With proper timing of arrival, organization, and a great staff attitude they move out and move in all the furniture with no damage on the property and items. 100% recommended.
