I rented a unit with the lake view last year and I adore it! The corridors were recently renovated and I am extremely happy with the service provided by the management. They are very responsive and professional.
Anyone reading this review. Do NOT move into Main Square. 5 condos under construction. 5 year project. constant noise Monday to Friday. Constant maintenance with water shutdowns. bug issues with roaches. you will also pay your own utilities. they even milk cash now with parking fees per half hour for visitor parking. You will regret moving here.
If you need medication delivered like my mother did this past Saturday do not even think about it! I had to drive from Pickering because the pharmacy delivery person could not access an elevator as three out of four were not working. It appears Realstar believes it is more important to convenience contractors in this building than it does its tenants. I am sure if this was one of their downtown buildings this lack of service would never be allowed to happen on a weekend when people need to pick up groceries, do laundry, etc.
Oh, by the way, these are brand new elevators that the tenants paid an over the rent guideline increase for-What a joke!
