The sales staff was very helpful when I went to buy my bike. I purchase a 2008 Kawasaki 1600 Nomad in December of 2015. Obviously the bike was stored for the winter and taken out in early spring. I put just under 2000 KM on the bike and it started overheating, I called Nadon Sport service department and the guy said no absolutely no warranty and he would not look at it for at least two weeks ( even after I explained I just purchased it and had not ridden the bike over the winter.) I paid $7200 for a bike that I purchased in good faith and had to get service from another shop so as not to loose the first part of the season with my new bike. $3200 later the bike was running properly. The fluids they said had been change were not changed ( two different types of oil in the front forks) The tires they said had 60% remaining had to be replaced. The cause of the overheating was a 50% blockage in the radiator that was supposed to have been flushed and inspected. And so on and so on and so on. Now the master cylinder for the rear brakes is defective and I lost rear braking pressure while riding. ..............More money and a 3 week back order for the parts. I have spent over $10 000 on a 2008 motorcycle and have had the worst motorcycling season I have ever experienced. Thank you Nadon Sport for the nightmare that you sold me and said your mechanic checked over the entire motorcycle. People... do yourself a favor and do not step foot in that place.......I know I will never again !!!! Robert Walsh nPointe Claire nQc.
