We bought a YZ 125x at the dirt bike store. The guys were AMAZING! They are riders so they are super knowledgeable and they made sure we got the right bike. They were really patient and answered all our questions. I wouldn't buy a dirt bike from anywhere else in Ontario.

It took 3 weeks to change bearings on a motorcycle rim plus they broken pieces off the rim when removing the old bearing ( just a curb ) but still
I was also getting new tires put on. the next morning after waiting 3 weeks one was flat..... I took it to a different place .... they were upset about the dirt between the tire and rim ..... so it you want quality work done on your bike don’t go here ... it’s not worth your life !!!!

My son bought a Fz 07 in 2015 and they were great
Went back in 2016 to buy a WR459 just because of how well we were treated. What a MISTAKE!!!! The salesman was extremely rude and a sad excuse for a man! When he was caught in a lie, he accused me of insulting him. DUH!! Yeah I caught you lying!! Severe Douche Bag!!!
Gave one star because the guy that ran their dirt bike shop was excellent!!

Sales people were wonderful but When it came to service there isn't any. Purchased new motor 4 stroke Mercury 90 horsepower complained about shifting problems day 1 what that it said there was no problem. returned it two months later with major thumping. They said they'd have a look at it that day never happened when I called in they said they're mechanic went on holidays and wouldn't be back for a week. Called and complained all they said was I'll put it down on your file so that we know. Also called owner Steve with no return calls. Unfortunately I have a snowmobile I ordered in the spring which I would rather not deal with a company that can provide me service.

I recently purchased a used Honda 4-stroke 25 HP motor from sales representative Sean Ward. This guys
is a sales Rep for the company. I picked up the Honda Motor after waiting 10 days for the company to service this unit. I was told everything is working perfectly. I was going on a fishing trip north to a resort for a week. I put the Honda on my boat and proceeded to start idles perfectly but will not engage in forward or reverse. Suddenly stalls. I was able to get a loaner motor from the resort. I have contact this St. Onge (4) times leaving a message with the Sales Rep and talking in person once. Sean said he will get back to me after speaking with the mechanic's. This was 10 days ago and I still have not received a call back. This group has nothing but good reviews. This is reality and I am going to make sure everyone knows. My boat is in the picture with the Honda 25 not working.

First and last Ski Doo purchase here. One star as the sales rep was "nice". Poor sales knowledge and I had to explain to a parts guy what a Ski Doo LINQ bracket was. The tune here sure changes when you drive off the lot. Way better dealers north west and south west of Barrie.

I have just purchased my 37th unit from St.Onge. I have been dealing there for over 20 years and have only ever had an issue with one sled (in 2001). The problem was fixed immediately and I was back on the snow. They are a great group and very easy to deal with.

Not long ago I moved to Innisfil from Northern Ontario. I was looking to find just the right place to get my next motorcycle, and was referred to St Onge Recreation by a good friend. Anyway, after shopping around, and seeing dealerships everywhere from Collingwood, to Guelph, to Pickering, I couldn't find a dealer with staff as accommodating, friendly or professional. The service and parts team were also really enjoyable to get to know. After all, I will be servicing my bike there too. All I can say, just like the commercials on the radio - THEY ARE THE FUN BUNCH!!! THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE!!!!!

I have been dealing with St Onge Recreation for over 10 years. My latest purchase was an awesome ATV. It's been a blast!! Aside from thanking the sales guys for the great deal on this unit, I also want to thank the crew in parts and service for the fast set up. Once again, well done to everyone there! Such a great team!!

I just bought a 2016 Sea-Doo RXPx from St. Onge Recreation, and wow, what a great dealership. It's nice to deal with people on a sales team who understand that this is a lot of money to be spending, and I wanted to take some time to get exactly what I wanted. There was absolutely no pressure. In fact, I laughed with them as they really are the fun bunch. I strongly recommend this dealership!

Every time I call in for service, Service bends over backwards to accommodate my trips and needs.

Let me say, I've fortunate to have bought many motorcycles, boats, cars etc in my adult life. There has never been a more supportive group of professionals then those at St Onge Recreation. I will only let them service my boats, watercraft and motorcycles. As for sale, absolute top notch. Best. Prices. Period. Then you get to the accessories and once again they excel! Please disregard the negative reviews, I've read them and frankly they are ridiculous. I have spent about $45,000 in motorcycles since February 26th 2016 at St Onge and I will be back to buy more gear and bikes soon. They are simply that good. Thank you to everyone at St Onge Recreation!!

I have bought 3 bikes here and had all of them serviced at this location. The sales staff is friendly and welcoming, I never feel pressured and always get what I am looking for. The service staff are very knowledgeable and give you options if needed. I would recommend this place to anyone. Its a very fun environment and they are always willing to work with you. Wow!! Weeks of frustration! Put a deposit on a bike and then the service stopped. No phone calls, no updates, no more information! They made me feel like I was drunk diialing and X - Girlfriend.. Waiting to have my deposit returned. I would happily spend more money to shop elsewhere. Maybe they pay someone to write positive reviews on line for them?

The parts department is the worst experience i have ever had with a company. The manager Jeff treats you like a child, talks down to you and just doesn't care about customer service. If you don't know know the part number or the Specific name, he laughs.....It gets even worse when you pickup your parts. They will call you saying all parts are in, once you arrive they then tell you there's a few parts that haven't came in. There are kids working the counter that should be dealing with peoples money nor time. This is a job for Polite considerate adults. When you call the dealer, the reception ladies are not friendly. n your always on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes.

I did a normal spring maintenance on SEA DOO ... when I put it back on water .... was working for only 50 meters ! They admitted that forgot to tide something ???

They upgrade my SEA DOO and after the upgrade was working just in docking mode !!! ... they forgot to install a or installed a bad module ??

After Spring maintenance my battery was not charged ... They said the battery is not part of Preventive Maintenance ?

SERVICE DEPARTMENT ... SUCKS !!!

BE AWARE !!! ... your money, your nerves ... your lost !

I recently took two tyres to St.Onge to be mounted on my Aprilia.
Was informed that the normal cost is $50/tyre but if you bring your own, not only do they charge $70/tyre!!! but you also get the privledge of going to the bottom pf their priority list!
When asked about the exhorbinant fee, they smiled and responded that its all about the money...I guess they feel entitled to the profit on a sale even if they dont make the sale.
So much for using the local guy's...they have recieved the last penny they will see from my wallet. Back to the city where competition breeds fair service and I feel like they did ME a favour.

Had my PWC serviced in late summer of 2013 costing just shy of 2k. Always a service wait at this location. They are always behind.

Early spring 2014 2nd weekend out machine fails out on the water but gets me back to my cottage (barely) - found out the exhaust was never fastened tightly causing improper engine pressure- causing severe engine damage. Was told to "start to look for a new engine".

I'm a service quality manager of a large business network in the GTA and have been left with a very unsatisfied impression of mechanical service quality. I originally purchased this machine from this site but will never "look right" in the future when passing on the 400N.

Upon disassembling the entire motor after getting nowhere with service- I noticed other bolts on my engine that were loose....

I will be purchasing my parts from another certified PWC dealer and doing the work myself when I have free time - probably most cottage weekends this summer. I will fix it-
It will be faster - and it will not break down. Spend your hard earned money wisely.

If you can get them to answer the phone they never return your call as they promise. Hard to get help in store . Frustrating place to deal with.

Be prepared to manage your own sale.. Staff are not on commission and pretty much don't care. After they get your money they make you feel like you have to basically steal the thing you just bought from them.

Poor overall. I hope some competition comes to the area and kicks you guys in the butt. Good looking store nice people, but MAN are you falling behind operations wise.

DON'T GO TO St. Onge, they are a huge rip off, they ordered me the wrong atv then put a widening kit on it that fell apart and told me there was nothing they could do. 2010 yfz450x $12,000. Should have been a yfz450r comes 3" wider for the track

When the sale of our seadoo was finished, the being nice act ended and the horrible service began. Our first ride became a nightmare when five minutes in our brand new seadoo "died" in the middle of the lake and would not even go into limp mode to get home. So the fuel pump went apparently and even though its extremely uncommon the pumps are on back order until September? Plus I was left on hold for what seemed like forever to get an answer, every time I called them. I was not impressed.
