Terrible customer service, called about an expensive order I had placed online to make sure the things I ordered were actually in-stock, since the company doesnt know how to make backorders and will only give you complete orders. Was literally told that the staff was to busy to help me. They constantly give the wrong parts are un education or not trained, and clearly don't care about their customers. If you can go elsewhere or can wait for items to ship through a different online provider I definitely recommend it.

Ordered a Marin hybrid bike, asked before I ordered if bike would be set up before being shipped?
Was told they would set the bike up and break it down to ship and I would have to put in handle bar and front tire.
Bike is a said it would be, but the front derailuer is completely out of allingment and needs to be adjusted. There solution is to email me a link to a you tube video on how to adjust. Get the adjust as per video and now bike will not shift to top outer gear. Lesson learned here is to buy locally. Will be taking bike it to have it set up properly at a bike shop to the tune of 90$ and tax.

small stock, they order parts, but dont unpack there orders for days. sometimes service means more than price.
