Bike was stolen and ignition was trashed. Brought bike in. It took 3 months for them to get parts. I kept calling and was told "the part was on its way from Japan" This went on for three months until he finally admitted that he finally had sourced the part in Toronto from the people I had originally bought the bike from. It took a week for the part to come. If he had asked instead of repeatedly lying about it I could have told him to go to Studio Cycle Group. The new ignition was installed and I left. When I got home I discovered the steering wheel lock was not working because they failed to install the ignition properly. Yesterday my bike was stolen again. Thanks for nothing Iggy.
I brought a Honda 750 in for a new front tire, tube and wheel balance. The job was done the same day and the staff were polite and knowledgeable.
Bought my kids a 1988 80cc Suzuki ATV. It was difficult to start so I had a friend whose a Mechanic at a car dealership take a quick look at it, he cleaned the Carb, tested a few thing's but couldn't see what was wrong so recommended I take it to someone who works on these all the time because they'll be more familiar with the common issues. So I took it to Power cycle, they told me the carb had a crack (I thought this was strange because my friend the mechanic had already looked at the carb) but I didn't want to be difficult thinking maybe the car mechanic wasn't familiar with this type of carb, I asked if this would fix the issue, they said "yes" I gave them the go ahead & my credit card, a week later I contacted them to see how things were coming they said the carb was installed but didn't fix the issue, now it needed rings, to which they had already ordered (without calling me first) I politely asked how much and if this would fix the issue, to which they said "about $100 and yes it would fix the problem". The rings took about 4 weeks longer than they said to come in, I called about once every week to see if the parts were in, when I spoke to the older fellow there he always seemed shocked & annoyed that I wanted some type of time frame for the repair. Finally the rings came in, I got the call saying it was ready to go, I went to pick it up, when I arrived it was in the warm workshop, with a little fiddling they started it up to show the work was done, I paid them (the bill was $70 more than they said it would be but I paid it without complaining) When I got home it wouldn't start, after trying to start it for about 3 mins the battery quickly began to die (it's a newer battery) I then realized that when they had it in the shop they must have had a hard time starting it (this explains why the battery had next to no charge) they made sure it was warm when I got there in order for it to start fairly easily knowing that when it cooled off it would be hard to start. When I called to inform them it didn't start there were no apologizes, no sympathy, no customer service, just a cold "it started when it was here" (as if I had done something to it on the trip home) he said bring it back and they'd take a look at it, when asked if it would be N/C he balked saying he needs to see what the issue is first (they had it for a month already to see what the issue was) So after spending $490. to replace a Carb & rings I still have an ATV that has the same problem that it had when I took it there to begin with, plus both my kids are extremely disappointed, they were looking forward to zooming around the snowy fields this winter. I have absolutely no confidence in this company and won't be returning. Just all in all a terrible experience.
Years ago they used to be good, my bike was brought in to be fixed they replaced a part that didn't need replacing, after I took it home the bike ran worse than it ever has, I brought it back in for them to fix and they just let it sit - three times over two weeks I was told he was just waiting to test ride it. The bike hasn't moved in a week and a half.
Don't waist your time and money bring your bike somewhere else.

I have never received such rude and crappy service. I was charged for my bike to sit and collect dust because this is how they do business. They tell you one thing and do another (actually they do nothing at all) My bike could have collected dust at my house for free. WHAT A CRAPPY BUSINESS, how are they still in business
I called powercycle for a price on a certain part and was told one price over the phone thinking it was legit. sure to find out that after the part was ordered the total cost was more than double the amount i was told.

I dropped off an engine to be fixed and had to constantly be the one one making contact. No one called or notified me of anything. I talked to the mechanic and he told me the labour on the bike would be a "couple hours". I call later and am told it costs $680.00!!!!! The labour on the bike was allegedly 8 hours. Now what kind of a business is that? To tell me one thing over the phone and then another when I arrive? I am sad to say this business does not deserve any approval at all.
