I have been going to Kane Harley shop for years. They have great customer Service. They are Polite help full staff. I work in customer service jobs and it can test your patients at times. Maybe you or staff were having a bad day. Lighten up no ones perfect.
Wow!! To the upset guy who wrote a review..you should have spoke to someone at Kanes with your issues! I personally have had The BEST experience with many of the staff members and mechanics at Kanes! Never mind what you think of Blair..the staff are wonderful people and I know...I was in an absolutely horrific accident that was not at all my fault and Kanes took care of me like family! Brad had my bike towed from Vernon to Kanes and called the insurance people within a day after my accident knowing my husband was a basket case with me by my side at the hospital! Many of the staff brought me gifts and flowers and some of the girls in motorclothes visited me regularly and made my hospital stay bearable! Thank-you if you read this ladies! it meant so much to me!! My bike is as good as new AND the mechanics who KNOW I LOVE to ride and heard I will not be able to flex to shift for a year or two at LEAST! put a heel shifter on for me so i wont miss a full season!!! I saw what they did near christmas and had a **** eating grin on my face for the whole day! I think Brad is the best parts guy in the province and has helped me purchase many after market parts as well as harley parts for my first bike! My husband who has been riding for over 30 years agrees!Brad had my new bike, my Dyna fixed perfect when i was finally out of hospital. i had not had to personally lift a finger. The insurance company and Brad took care of all the details as I recuperated! I will never forget what they did for me! I love the people at Kanes!!! So grumpy guy with negative review...Maybe you have a grumpy personality or think the world owes you something. you should try being nice to people in general and others will be good to you!!
Harley Davidson should look into how Kane's is run. No where in North American have I been to a HD dealership like this one.Harley takes pride in taking care of their customers...not here they don't. Blair has no people skills nor has a idea on handling customers. Ask around and you tell me how many people who like dealing with Kane's. I really haven't met anyone that has said anything good to say about Kane's. Mark my words, if they don't get their act together, they will be gone.I will never do business with them. Building a new building doesn't change a thing....
i beg to differ from blake morgan's review of kanes harley in kelowna.i have been doing business there for over 20 years they have the most knowagleable staff of any harley store that i have ever been in. i would highly reccomend them to anyone.
I have been to several harley shops in Canada, and have never been treated so poorly. I believe that Deeley should buy out Blair Kane and start running the new shop with proper Harley based customer service attitudes, I found the staff to be rude, and rather incompitent when it came to basic harley tech knowledge. I will never shop there again and will gladly drive the extra 3 hours to Kamloops or Vancouver. Ive found that the local custom shop "Kreater Custom Motorcycles" in Kelowna has far greater knowledge of both Genuine Harley Parts, and the service attitude to please even the most die hard enthusiasts. After speaking with a few of the locals about their local harley dealer, I found the reaction to be unanimous. Most wont deal with Kanes unless they have to.

I wished to comment about your experience with Kanes Harley Davidson. I have been dealing there for the past twenty years and have found them to be the most honest reliable and trustworthy motorcycle store that I have ever dealt with. I have riden shovelheads, evos and now the new twin cam. I would not take my motorcycle anywhere else but there!!!! Some of staff have been with them for twenty years amd they are the only ones who touch my bike. I'm not sure what the issue was but I'm sure that Blair and his staff would take the opportunity to deal with any issue that you may have. Just out of curiousity if you were so pissed why didnt you say something to them???
