was in the market for a brand new G3 1548FL boat and trailer, GA put on the salesman hat when I was considering my options but as soon as I had paid the bill they were nowhere to be found, wouldn't return phone calls or make good on the warranty.
from the very first trip everytime we hooked up the trailer lights (which was a brand new bear trailer) the lights on my truck shorted out which meant I have no brake lights, turn signals or driving lights when I'm driving with the trailer.
**************************************VERY DANGEROUS*******.
When I finally got ahold of someone after several attempts they tried to tell me that my truck was the issue and tehn when I told him I have 2 other trailers that work just fine he then told me it was my problem I would have to fix it myself theres nothing he was willing to do.
I checked the trailer quality control sticker and there is no signature whatsoever that tells me the trailer wasn't properly checked. regardless of bear trailers warranty GA checkpoint should offer to rewire or fix the trailer so that I am not driving an unsafe trailer.
from the attitude and resistance I got I can tell you they don't care about the customer after they have your money.
Ill never be spending any money there again and will be spreading the word through the marine industry which I am fairly well connected if they don't get back to me and fix it. at which point I will retract this review.
