1 year ago I purchased a RMZ 450 from this dealership the sales experience was great and the manager at the time was a good guy, he even through me a cheap T-shirt.
I year later I decide to call the dealer ship regarding a few weakness's I discovered in the bike; knowing the answers to my own questions I proceed to ask what recommendations the service department had for poor and hot starts as well as lack of bottom end power at low speeds.
the response I got was as if I was talking to foreigner on a help line. you would think that after dealing with this brand of bikes through the years that the service department would have a little more insight into the upgrades and adjustments required to fix said issues, or at least be able to turn you on to someone with the answer. This was not the case instead I had to listen to a guy (could have been the owner) give me vague and week responses to all my question and in short order had to tell me that he didn't mean top be rude but he had customers at the desk in front of him and did I want to make an appointment or not.
well I chose NOT! In fact I decided not to ever step foot back in this store.
I was actually planning spending $$ on upgrades to my bike, and was considering a new bike for my son.
but that idea is gone for good.
I have spoke with friends of mine about their experience at this store and they to have expressed disgust with customer service; even after purchasing more than 1 machine from this store??
The people responsible for customer service at this location need to open their eyes and deal with the numerous on line complaints and try to do some damage control, or lose the business.
I was also surprised to discover that this business is not BBB accredited??
If one of the owners of this store was working the service desk at the time of my phone call with the attitude I received on May 25 2015 you should be ashamed of yourself and you must know your on a sinking ship.
You don't understand the customer and you don't understand business.

My fiance and I went into Alberta Cycle, money in our pocket for a down payment on a dirtbike. Upon finding out their over marked prices in comparison to competition within Edmonton we asked if they could meet/better what we were asking. The sales man then went on to tell us that the "competition" could not be selling for that price ($400 difference)and that if this were true to go and buy him 10 bikes at that price. My fiance and I then said we would go to the competition instead to which we walked away and the sales man began to verbally degrate us infront of a store full of customers. When we asked to speak to the manager/owner the salesman came forward again (yelling infront of customers) that the owner is his wife and pointed at the doors and asked us to leave. Dumbfounded by his inapropriateness and unprofessional manner we left the store empty handed and WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM ALBERTA CYCLE and have gone on to network this to our other off roading friends/family members who have purchsased merchandise from there before. IF YOU WANT SALES SERVICE DO NOT GO TO ALBERTA CYCLE!!!!!! WE RATE ALBERTA CYCLE AT 0 STARS OUT OF 5!!!!!!!!
