First of all––a psychotherapeutic Gestalt approach is an extremely reliable way of understanding the human nature and the person’s issues. Besides, it includes a perfect set of therapeutic techniques. Deliberately, I do not describe in detail the therapeutic methods I use. It is scientifically proven that an efficiency of the therapy is determined not by the method, but by the individual style and skills of the therapist. The therapeutic relationship is much more important than the therapeutic techniques.
