She specializes in treating thyroid issues."A lot of younger patients are already dealing with thyroid issues," says Dr. Abdelkarim. "Treating it on the front end can help them for the rest of their lives."In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to different parks and, in the fall, visiting pumpkin patches.
