Kawartha Place Apartments

Am a former resident. Building is not well maintained beyond cleaning and landscaping. Maintenance team is from Oshawa and they take their time about getting repairs done, which are not then performed very well. 24 hours notice not given (illegal). No communication with tenants. They come as they please. Work is sometimes done poorly. Otherwise, great location and big units...though would be handy if you have family or friends who could do repair work if you need it, or if you are willing to pay a handy main...or are simply willing to be extremely patient with a very slow maintenance process. Hope this helps any prospective renters. If you rent with them, just know this is part of the package. To confirm this review, you could chat with other tenants in the building.
