Jessica St. John, FNP, joined Prisma Health's Center for Family Medicine–Oconee in September 2021. Born and raised in Illinois, she attended Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, for her undergraduate nursing degree and Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois, for her master’s degree. As a nurse practitioner, she practiced in rural central Illinois as a primary care provider. Jessica and her family made the move to the Upstate in the summer of 2019. Jessica enjoys working together with her patients to improve their health and quality of life. Her practice is driven by one of her favorite quotes by Maya Angelou: "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."
